Each workstation or server has an agent installed which allows IT That Works to monitor Microsoft patching, CPU, Hard Disk and Network activity.
We provide at no additional cost corporate level anti virus software for each worksation and server.
In each contract we allow a percentage of the time to be on site, this time is averaged over the preceding three months ( some months you will be over some under). This is one of the ways we help FIX the COST.
Help desk is available during office hours and with our remote access to your machines we can usually offer help instantly. Even laptops that are away from the office can be serviced providing they have an internet connection.
Guardian Frontline Gateway Protection
Guardian filters [SPAM] on site so that we have control over retrieval and whitelisting. This helps with productivity.
A primary anti virus of a different brand is intalled on the gateway to further protect the network from Malware and Trojans.
Guardian filters both incoming and outgoing web requests. This means that it can report on website use by individual users, will block inapropriate or viral phishing sites and can be used to prevent unwanted use of social networking sites etc.
