Backups

We recommend using StorageCraft's Shadow Protect.  Shadow Protect takes a complete image of your server or workstation which is hardware independent.  Shadow Protect can be used to take frequent incremental backups of your data, this means you can choose the level of protection your intellectual data needs.

The hardware independent nature of Shadow Protect means that we can restore a full copy of your server or workstation to new hardware should it fail or be stolen etc.  This can save hours or sometimes days from the restore process. 

Very few businesses take the time to make sure that the backup process is working. We can do that for you with our backup monitoring and restore testing process.

Recovery

Using our backup process we are able to recover files in a timely manner and usually remotely so that again we increase efficiency and reduce cost. 

We urge every business to test the recovery process at least twice a year.  We also urge business owners to consider not only having a workable backup and restore procedure but an entire business disaster recovery program.
